Belgrave Group have Refurbishment teams on the ground in the U.S. to work directly with us on all our properties. We feel that it is important to have refurbishment teams on the ground that work very closely with the management company and are aware of the standard that is expected for the properties to pass inspection.
Typically refurbishments for an average 3-4 bed property would take our team around 6 weeks to complete (which varies with each property).

The refurbishment team works closely with the management companies so that there is a smooth transition between refurbishment and a tenant moving in. The management companies have been in business for over 10 years and have vast knowledge and experience in the Georgia areas.
Many of the properties have been thoroughly gutted. As the pictures show our refurbishment teams have a lot of work to carry out on every property. We feel it is important to once again highlight the workmanship that goes into each and everyone of our properties.

What work is included in a typical refurbishment?
Each property is different, so before each purchase our refurbishment team will inspect the property and make sure that the refurbishment cost does not exceed our model. Once this is completed our refurbishment teams will send us a breakdown (please see list below for our example property).
