The damaging description was made by property website RightMove but they're not alone

market. According to a recent survey, only 14 homes per estate agent in the UK were sold
in the three months leading to August 2011. Figures this low haven't been seen since the
summer of 2009.

In America the housing market has virtually bottomed out which presents two opportunities
