4. Property in New York
New York is the USA's largest city and is seen as the country's most attractive destination by many. New York has a strong economy, and its real estate market is one of the most stable in the country. If you have the money to buy an investment property on Park Avenue, or near Central Park, you can be sure that your investment will be profitable, with either short or long term investment strategies. Of course, many properties in New York are among the most expensive in the world, and the majority of property investors will never be able to afford them. Located in the northwestern part of the country between Virginia and Maryland, Washington is the capital and political centre of the United States.
